What is Contract Manufacturing?
Contract manufacturing is the production of a part, assembly, or product by Alotech that is sold to the end user under our customer’s label. This is also referred to as “private label manufacturing.” Alotech is a contract manufacturer dedicated to making high-quality, value-engineered products that allow our customers to grow their business and build profit.
Remanufacturing
According to the Remanufacturing Industries Council, “Remanufacturing is a comprehensive and rigorous industrial process by which a previously sold, worn, or non-functional product or component is returned to a “like-new” or “better-than-new” condition and warranted in performance level and quality.”
Our Product Development & Inventor Services Capabilities
We offer a wide range of services to our customers. We can provide engineering design assistance, reverse engineering, prototyping, and flexible, short-run production. Alotech customers also profit from our 3D scanning capability. Our 3D scanner allows Alotech to capture up to two million measurement points for a scanned subject, resulting in a precision of about 1.5 microns, or 0.00006 of an inch.
Customer Benefits
Alotech can be involved at any stage of the development of the product, from concept development to electrical and mechanical design, reverse engineering, prototype development, limited-run production, or full-scale production. We can also provide kitting, warehousing, and delivery. We’ll be your partner for specific services or full service from concept to production.
